.
Stop in, look around, have a drink and crank some tunes. I'll be posting some songs ripped from records, some out of print and hard to find stuff, some songs by artists you should be listening to, and a few mixes here and there.

Those crazy kids and their arcades... What's next? Video games in the home? Listen up on eight tracks giving you tips to beat your favorite games including;
Donkey Kong, Ms.
Pac-Man, Defender and Tempest. This is pretty funny actually. Especially the
narrator trying to explain the
Pac-Man path to complete the stage. Great
sound bytes. Enjoy.

Hey everyone! Keeping up with my break-neck pace of one album a month seems to have gotten away from me. In the next few days I'll be posting my June and July record rips. Up first is the soundtrack from Kung Fu. This is one of my favorite albums covers of all. Simple yet powerful. The flute on the record gets a little old. The highlights are definitely the David Carradine soundbytes.
JIM HELMS :: KUNG FU SOUNDTRACK

Everybody put out a disco album so why not Ann-Margret? Dolly did it. Telly did it. Even Kiss put out
I Was Made For Loving You with a disco beat. Here is Ann-Margret's self titled 5 track album from 1980. Pretty much the tail end of the disco era. I hope you enjoy it.
ANN-MARGRET :: ANN-MARGRET
Don't ya just want to give her a big hug? I'm trying to get a hold of my brothers Ann-Margret disco album. It's a beauty.

BTW: New album uploads soon. Check back in 3 days.

I'm really sorry this took so long my friends. This one was promised way back in August...
Here is some classic Ted Knight at his hammiest (Is that a word?). This record is set in his Mary Tyler Moore era, and I have to admit that I'm more of a
Caddyshack/Too Close For Comfort kind of guy... Ted Knight is the master of the nervous laugh and played the uptight/smug roll as good as anyone else in the business. Enjoy.
TED KNIGHT: HI GUYS

Hi guys. Anyone still check back here? Probably not. I didn't plan on it, but ended up taking the winter off. Life has been busy and things change. I no longer have the time to post multiple albums every week like I have done in years past. Starting April 1st I'm going to throw up one of my favorite albums on the first of the month. I hope you enjoy them.
Keep rockin!
Brainwerk

Merry Christmas everyone! Another season and come and gone. Where does the time go. There were more albums to post but I just couldn't find the time this year. I didn't even get time to surf around and see what everyone else posted. I'm going to take this week off of posting and see if I can grabs some albums others have posted. Make sure you check back next Christmas (and
throughout the year) for more
gems. I'll hit it hard next Christmas. I'll have the Ted Knight album up right after the new year. I promise.

I was in the process of ripping this album in when I gave up. There was just too much dust damage on the records. It was from The Great One, Jackie Gleason. It was 20 Instrumentals called All I Want For Christmas. Still one of the all time best covers...

Listen up holiday loungers. Dim the lights, mix a drink, light the fire and grab that special someone. Here are the original swingers - Steve Lawrence & Eydie
Gorme and a classic Christmas record called
That Holiday Feeling! No
swanky Christmas music collection is complete without it.
STEVE LAWRENCE & EYDIE GORME :: THAT HOLIDAY FEELING!

Just received my annual e-mail from Pee-Wee's Playhouse. Let's celebrate by listening to The Del Rubio Triplets.
THE DEL RUBIO TRIPLETS :: WINTER WONDERLAND

Two
riveting stories starring
Scooby-

Hey everyone. I was at a record show this weekend. I was really hoping to find some dusty old hard to find Christmas records to post for you all. I didn't find much but I didn't find this. It is a record from Warner Brothers that I'm guessing was sent only to radio stations. It has some great songs and some holiday greetings on it. A lot of unknowns, but also had Pee-Wee! I knew these existed, but I never knew where they were from. They are great. I only wish they were longer. I posted some
clips from Pee-Wee's Christmas Special last year.
PEE-WEE HERMAN :: CHRISTMAS MEDLEY & DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE, DUH!I'll post the rest of the album in a bit. I was just too excited and had to post these. Other mentionable songs by REM, Los Lobos, Throwing Muses and holiday greetings from Lou Reed, Julie Brown, ZZ Top and Nelson Wilbury (George Harrison).

Here is another album to file next to
Yuletide Disco. It's called Christmas Disco Party. Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find the name of the artist on this. I realize they hire studio
musicians for these, but they usually at least slap a band name on them. My favorite song is
All I Want For Christmas Is A Disco Beat. Some songs are real stinkers though.
CHRISTMAS DISCO PARTY

Here is another request. Christmas with Hank Snow. Click on album cover and follow link. There is a deluxe Hank Snow Christmas CD out that I want to get. Not sure of the tracks because
Amazon did not include them on their site. Anyone have details on this?
Recommendations?

“It is really important that the people who kids look up to as role models are in good shape, eating well and getting exercise. It is absolutely critical,” acting U.S. Surgeon General Rear Adm. Steven K. Galson said in an interview after a presentation on obesity at the Boston Children’s Museum. Read story
here.

I have to say I'm suprised that so many people asked me to post this entire album. It is the 1981 soundtrack to a Christmas special with Jim Nabors, Carol Burnett, The Brothers Cazimero & The Honolulu Boy Choir. I had posted a few songs last year, but here is the whole thing.
JIM NABORS :: CHRISTMAS IN HAWAII WITH JIM NABORS

Here are 4 Line Material
reposts. I posted two of these last year but I think they were mislabeled... The songs are: The Kinds of Christmas, Let's Trim The Christmas Tree, Santa's
Factoree, The Sounds of Christmas. These are great! Not the best quality, but very enjoyable. Super-kitsch!
LINE MATERIAL :: THE KINDS OF CHRISTMAS, LET'S TRIM THE CHRISTMAS TREE, SANTA'S FACTOREE, THE SOUNDS OF CHRISTMAS

Hey everyone. Here is a post for the very few people out there that don't have MECO's Christmas In The Stars. It is a rip from the long out of print CD. Vocals include C-3PO, R2-D2, Chewie and a young Jon Bon Jovi. I don't have a scanner here at home so I had to find an image online. This was imported with iTunes so it probably only play on that. Sorry. Some good songs, some bad. But it is Original Trilogy Star Wars and that is a plus.
MECO :: CHRISTMAS IN THE STARS

People ask me (and I read on boards) about finding the
Caroleers on CD. I've always figured finding these songs in CD format was futile. Maybe I'm the last to learn this, but I've found some. There are two
CDs out by Peter Pan called
Christmas Classics and
Christmas Past. I only own Christmas Classics and I can verify that some songs are indeed the same as songs on the two
Caroleer albums that I've posted. "A Ride On Santa's Sleigh," "Christmas Mountain," "Ho! Ho! It's Christmas," "The Little Elf," "Momma Santa's Surprise," and "Santa Clause Is Coming To Town" are the same versions. "Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer" and "When Santa Gets Your Letter" are a different versions. But all songs ooze of the Christmas
cheeze that we all love.

I believe this was it for entire albums. The rest of the mp3s I posted last year were partial albums. I'll start posting them next. I am going to try to rip in at least 4 new Christmas albums this weekend so check back Monday for new posts. Click on album cover for link.

Sadly recorded WAY past their prime. This Christmas with The Three Stooges is Curly-less and even
Shemp-less. The Three Stooges usually make me laugh-out-loud. This unfortunately was recorded with little
enthusiasm. That being said, it's still fun to have. Don't let me discourage you from download it.
THE THREE STOOGES :: CHRISTMAS WITH THE THREE STOOGES

I've fixed the download links for Famous Munsters Of Songland. Please drop me a line if there are any other links you want fixed. I'm commited to fixing any links to songs people want (at least through the holidays)... Go
